Southwest Caesar Salad

This is not your typical Caesar salad, but it's packed with so much flavor! I celebrated my last birthday at a Southwestern type restaurant and I enjoyed a salad similar to this, so I wanted to recreate it and came up with this. It's so good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 heads romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite size pieces
-1 (15 oz) can corn, drained very well
-2 large tomatoes, chopped
-2 avocados, pitted and chopped
-1/2 cup toasted pecans pieces
-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
-chipotle cheddar tortilla strips, for topping
For Dressing:
-3 cloves garlic
-1 jalapeno, seeded
-1 lemon, juiced
-1 tsp Dijon mustard
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients until nice and smooth.
To assemble the salad, scoop some of the ingredients onto a plate, drizzle with some dressing and top with the tortilla chips. YUM! Enjoy!
