Chicken Cordon Blue Pasta Casserole

This is super easy and so yummy. You can prep it in advance, refrigerate it, then bake it for dinner. Easy and delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasta (we prefer garden rotini)
-2 cups heavy cream
-1/2 cup pasta water
-8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
-2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked and chopped
-8 oz ham, cubed
-1 lb bacon, chopped, cooked, and drained on paper towels
-1/2 cup Italian-style Panko crumbs
-2 Tbs butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain.
While the pasta is cooking, heat up the heavy cream in a large pot. Add 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Add the cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed. Stir in one cup of the cheese. Whisk until melted.
Remove sauce from stove.
To the sauce add the drained pasta, chopped chicken, ham, and bacon. Give it a really good stir, then pour into 9x13 pan.
Quickly mix the Panko crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Finally, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake that goodness in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
