Cranberry Fluff Salad

This is such a refreshing salad and it goes perfectly with your Thanksgiving meal. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 cup water
-3 cups fresh cranberries
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 cinnamon stick
-1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, well drained
-2 cups sour cream
-2 cups mini marshmallows
-2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
-1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, combine the water, cranberries and sugar. Give it a good stir.  Toss in the cinnamon stick.  Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Once done, carefully remove the cinnamon stick and let mixture cool completely.
Once cooled, pour into a big bowl. Add remaining ingredients.  Give it a good stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.  Enjoy!
