Instant Pot Asian Pork and Noodles Soup

Oh, how much we LOVE this soup! The flavors are absolutely amazing together and the pork just melts in your mouth.  So, so yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 tsp sesame oil
-2 lbs pork, cut into small chunks
-6 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tsp ginger
-6 cups chicken broth
-12 oz frozen peas
-2 Tbs soy sauce
-1 Tbs hoisin sauce
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-2 (3 oz each) packages ramen noodles
-chopped chives, to garnish
Directions:
Turn IP on saute. Add the oil.  Once heated, add the pork, garlic and ginger.  Saute for a a couple of minutes.
Turn off IP.  Add the broth, peas, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and pepper flakes.  Give it a good stir, set the lid on with the valve in the sealed position, and set to soup for 7 minutes.
Do a natural release, then turn off the IP.
Discard the seasoning packs from the noodles.  Break the noodles and add to the soup.  Stir and put the lid on for 3 minutes (no need to turn it on, but this will soften the noodles).
Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped chives.  Enjoy!
