Chicken-Pasta Salad in Creamy Sour Cream Dressing

This is a wonderful way to use leftover rotisserie chicken. The dressing is nice and tasty. The salad is very filling and delicious.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasta (any kind works; we prefer garden rotini)
-2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
-1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-1 cucumber, peeled, halved, then sliced
-1 apple, cored and chopped
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For Dressing:
-1 cup sour cream
-3/4 cup mayonnaise
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp sugar
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain. Rinse with cold water, then drain again.  Once done, place into large bowl.  Add remaining salad ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Once nice and smooth, pour over salad.  Give it a really good stir until the dressing is evenly distributed. Enjoy!
