Alfredo Orzo with Steak Bites

I simply love Alfredo sauce.  I make it often for our family and we all enjoy it a great deal.  This is a very simple, but satisfying and delicious meal. The orzo is perfectly cooked and the steak bites are nice and juicy.  Yum!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For Alfredo Orzo:
-1 cup orzo
-1 cup heavy cream
-salt and pepper
-1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
-chopped chives, for garnish
For Steak Bites:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 Tbs butter
-2.5 lbs steak, cut into bite size chunks
-seasoned salt
-pepper
Directions:
Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.  Add the orzo and cook according to package directions (about 9-10 minutes).  Drain and return to the stove.  Quickly add the cream and cook for about 1 minute or until it gets bubbly and thickens.
Remove pot from the stove.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add the cheese and give it a good stir.  Cover to keep warm.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and melt the butter over high heat.  Once sizzling hot, add the steak chunks.  Season with seasoned salt and pepper. Quickly sear on all sides.  Once nice and golden brown, remove onto serving plate.
Pair steak bites with orzo on a plate. Garnish orzo with some chopped chives and enjoy!
