Instant Pot Low Country Boil

I LOVE low country boil! It's such a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. This is soul food for sure.  The IP cooks it way faster than the regular method, so that's a nice advantage. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, cut into big chunks
-4 ears corn (frozen works great as well, when out of season)
-1 lb Polska kielbasa, cut into big chunks
-1 Tbs concentrated shrimp and crab boil
-water
-2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
-1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
-1/2 Tbs Louisiana style hot sauce
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 lemon, juiced
-24 oz jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tail removed
Directions:
Place potatoes, corn and kielbasa in your IP. Add the concentrated boil and fill the pot halfway with water.  It's ok if food is not covered with water.
Place lid on and secure valve in the sealed position. Set to manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Once done, do a quick release.
While that's cooking, melt the butter in skillet.  Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.  Add remaining spices and the lemon juice.  Once nicely combined and simmering, add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute (it will continue cooking in the next few minutes and you don't want it overdone, so that 1 minute is all you need).
Pour entire mixture into large roasting pan (I used the one I roast my turkey in).
Once the IP is done, carefully remove the food, using tongues, into the roasting pan with the butter sauce.  Discard the water from the IP.
Gently stir all the food in the butter sauce. Scoop onto plates and enjoy!
