Instant Pot Corn Chowder

Winter doesn't seem to want to leave our area, so it's been cold, windy and rainy/snowy.  A corn chowder is just the perfect meal for this kind of weather.  This is super simple and very tasty. Lots of goodness packed in this one.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
-2 cups frozen corn
-3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
-1 tsp salt
-2 Tbs cornstarch
-2 Tbs water
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
For Garnish:
-chives
-bacon bits
Directions:
Place potatoes, corn, broth and salt in your IP.  Give it a stir.  Secure the lid with the valve in the sealed position.  Set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.  Do a natural release.
Once done, in a small bowl, combine the cornstarch with the water.  Mix well and add it to the chowder.  Stir.
Set the IP on saute.  Add the cream and cheese. Give it a good stir and let it simmer for a few minutes or until it starts to thicken a bit.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with chives and bacon bits, if desired.  Enjoy!
