White Chocolate-Banana Brownies
What a delicious way to use those ripe bananas! These brownies are super delicious and easy to make. Enjoy!
-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
-1 cup white chocolate chips
-1 cup sugar
-4 very ripe bananas
-2 large eggs
-dash of salt
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 cups flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with baking spray (the one with flour and butter). Set aside.
Melt the butter and chocolate chips. Pour into your mixer bowl. Stir in the butter, then drop chunks of the peeled bananas in. Add the eggs, salt, vanilla, and flour, half of cup at a time.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, cut, and enjoy! YUM!
