Instant Pot Salsa Verde Chicken

 This dish is super easy to put together, quick to cook and absolutely delicious. Each bite is a burst of wonderful flavors. I served ours on rice, but you could get creative with it. It's simply delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/8 tsp dried oregano leaves
-1/8 tsp ground cumin
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 (16 oz) medium thick'n chunky salsa verde
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your IP with cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts. Season with the garlic, oregano, cumin, and salt. Pour the salsa right on top.
Cover and secure the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual HIGH pressure for 20 minutes.
Do a quick release. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken. Enjoy!
