Hoisin Glazed Roasted Chicken

This glaze is to die for! It's sweet and a bit spicy, an absolute perfect blend of flavors. Yum! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 (4-5 lbs) whole chicken, cleaned and ready to go
For Glaze:
-1 cup garlic hoisin marinade and sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place chicken breast side up in baking roast pan. Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour (yes, with nothing on it).
Whisk all glaze ingredients together.
Remove chicken from oven and flip (breast side down). Brush generously with half of the glaze. Return to the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and flip, breast side up. Brush with remaining glaze and roast for 15 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Carve and enjoy!
