Banana-Chocolate Bundt Cake

Yep, we keep on having those overripe bananas! Here's another absolutely delicious way to enjoy them. This is super easy to put together and sooo yummy! The cake comes out very moist. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1 (16.5 oz) box super moist chocolate cake mix

-1/2 cup vegetable oil

-2 large eggs

-3 very ripe bananas, peeled

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom and sides of bundt cake pan with baking spray (the one with flour and butter). Set aside.

Mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Add chunks of the bananas in. Once well mixed, pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool, in pan, on wire rack for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Enjoy!
