Pasta with Shrimp and Fresh Tomato Sauce

The beauty of this dish comes from the sauce. It's super fresh and not cooked, so you get all the goodness without altering the taste. The flavors are wonderful in this dish. So good and so fresh! YUM! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasta (linguini, spaghetti, etc)
-1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
For Sauce:
-1.5 lbs ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
-3 cloves garlic, peeled
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
While that's cooking, coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat it up, then add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is nice and pink. Remove from heat.
Quickly place all sauce ingredients into a food processor. Process until well blended, but still a bit chunky.
Toss drained pasta with the sauce and cooked shrimp. Serve immediately. YUM!
