Instant Pot Pineapple-BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
-4-6 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
-1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
-1 cup bbq sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's)
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your IP with cooking spray. Top with chicken.
Quickly mix the pineapple with the bbq sauce, then pour on top of the chicken.
Close the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual HIGH pressure for 20 minutes. Do a quick release. Enjoy!
