Ramen Noodles and Pork Stir-Fry
Ramen noodles are a staple in our house and we use them in many dishes, like this stir-fry. This recipe is easy, tasty, and hearty. Of course, you can use any veggies you have in the house. It'll come out delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For sauce:
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup ketchup
-1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
-4 tsp sugar
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
For stir-fry:
-2 Tbs vegetable oil, divided
-2 lbs pork, cut into chunks
-salt and pepper
-1 head broccoli, cut into florets
-2 carrots, peeled and sliced or chopped
-4 garlic cloves
-4 (3 oz each) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In a wok, heat 1 Tbs of the oil. Add the pork chunks. Season with some salt and pepper. Cook until nice and golden brown. Remove from stove onto a plate.
Return wok to stove and heat up remaining Tbs of oil. Add the broccoli and carrots. Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and keep on cooking for 3-4 minutes.
While that's cooking, add the noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and add to the broccoli mixture. Add the cooked pork and sauce. Toss really well.
Serve into bowls and enjoy!
