Beef and Noodle Bowls
Quick, easy, hearty, and absolutely delicious! Every bite is full of flavor and quite hearty. Enjoy!
Ingredients:-1 lb noodles (linguine, lo mein, udon, etc)
-4 Tbs packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-2 tsp sesame oil
-4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 lbs steak, cut into strips
-5 garlic cloves, minced
-1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and finely minced
-chopped green onions, for garnish
-sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
Meanwhile, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in wok. When hot, add the beef strips and quickly brown them.
Stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for one minute. Stir in the soy sauce mixture. Give it a good stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Finally, add the drained noodles and mix very well.
Scoop some into bowls and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. YUM!
