Pork and Pepper Wraps

 This is such a delightful, easy and filling meal. It's super quick to put together and packed with so much flavor. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 lbs boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
-4 garlic cloves, minced OR 2 tsp garlic powder
-4 tsp ground pepper
-1 (16 oz) jar roasted red peppers strips, drained very well
-pita breads
-baby spinach, optional
-garlic aioli sauce, optional
Directions:
Heat up the oil in a large skillet or wok. When hot, add the pork, garlic, and pepper. Give it a good stir and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the pork is no longer pink.
Stir in the drained peppers and cook for a couple more minutes.
Serve on top of the pita breads, with some spinach and sauce, if desired. Delicious! Enjoy!
