Gnocchi and Tomatoes Bake

 This is such a nice, filling dish. I love how everything comes together and the flavors blend so well. Very yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
-1 (24 oz) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
-2 (17.6 oz each) packages gnocchi (on the shelf, not refrigerated)
-8 oz whole milk mozzarella, sliced
-fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix the drained beef with the tomato and basil sauce, and the heavy cream. Pour about half of the sauce on the bottom of the prepared dish. Add half of the cherry tomatoes. 
Add all the gnocchi on top. Sprinkle with the remaining tomatoes and pour remaining sauce on top. 
Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and top casserole with the sliced cheese.
Switch the oven to HIGH broil. Place casserole back in the oven and broil for 3 minutes. 
Remove from the oven and top with the chopped basil. Serve and enjoy! So good!
