Beef and Pierogis

 This is comfort food, for sure. It's easy, quick and so very delicious. Super hearty and filling. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef
-1 small onion, finely chopped
-1/4 cup flour
-1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-2 cups beef broth
-16 oz four cheese pierogis, frozen
-12 oz frozen veggie mix (carrots, green beans, and corn OR any other mix you prefer)
-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet/cast iron skillet/wok, brown the beef along with the onion. Once the beef is browned, drain most of the fat from the wok (keep a little). Sprinkle the flour on top  and mix well. Add the oregano, garlic powder, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix very well. Slowly, add the broth. Mix very well and bring to a boil. Add the pierogis and veggies.
Mix well, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the stove and sprinkle with the cheese.
