Sarah's Hot Chocolate Cookies

I really love it when my kids take over the kitchen, cooking and baking. It brings me joy that they know their way around the kitchen and can feed themselves. :) My 10 year old made these super delicious cookies and we devoured them all in no time. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3/4 cup butter (1.5 sticks), at room temperature
-3/4 cup sugar
-3/4 cup packed brown sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup instant hot chocolate mix (we prefer Stephen's brand)
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp baking soda
-3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 1/4 cups flour
-1 cup mini marshmallows
-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In your mixer's bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla. Once well mixed, add the hot chocolate mix, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour 1/2 cup at the time. Mix very well, then stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy! YUM!
