Ana's Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Chili

 This is super easy and so very delicious! Ana made this for us and it was the perfect meal at the end of a long, cold day. Serve it with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 large chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
-1 onion, finely diced
-1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
-1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, do NOT drain
-1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
-1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch mix
-1 tsp cumin
-1 Tbs chili powder
-1 Tbs garlic powder
-2 cups chicken broth
-8 oz block cream cheese, at room temperature
Toppings:
-tortilla chips
-lime wedges
-avocado slices
-cheese
-green onions, etc
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker with some cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts (whole). Top with the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, beans, corn, ranch, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and broth. 
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred it, using two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker.
Remove about 1 cup of the broth and whisk the softened cream cheese until you get it as smooth as possible (it will not be completely smooth and that's ok). Pour into the slow cooker and mix very well.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
