Cabbage Slaw with Shrimp
Easy, light, and delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:-32 oz coleslaw mix (the one with carrots in it)
-1 English cucumber, roughly chopped
-2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
-2 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
For dressing:
-1.5 cups buttermilk
-4.5 Tbs mayonnaise
-1.5 Tbs prepared horseradish
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients until nice and smooth. Add the slaw, cucumber and apples. Give it a very good stir. Once well combined, add the shrimp. Mix well, then serve. Enjoy!
