Easy Buttery Cornbread

 This is cheating a little because I used cornbread mix, BUT the results were super delicious. This bread is super moist, sweet, and buttery. Quite a delight! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 (8.5 oz each) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
-2/3 cup sour cream
-2 Tbs milk
-2 Tbs honey
-2 large eggs
-1 stick butter, at room temperature, cut into small pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat the bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the corn mix, sour cream, milk, honey, and eggs.
Mix well and pour into prepared pan. The mixture will be thick, so make sure to spread it as evenly as possible in the pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove pan from oven and immediately, dot the surface with the small pieces of butter. Make sure to cover evenly. Cover tightly with foil and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Remove foil and enjoy. YUM!
