Chicken Jalapeno-Popper Bake

This is so easy and so, so delicious! The flavors are just wonderful together. I served ours on top of rice, but mashies can be wonderful as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
-1/4 cup cooking white wine
-1/2 lb jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
-1/2 cup real bacon bits
-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat up. Once hot, add the chicken chunks. Season with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Give it a good stir. Cook until golden brown. Remove from stove and place cooked chicken into a 9x13 baking dish (spread evenly on bottom).
In a small sauce pan, combine the cream, cream cheese, and wine. Give it a good stir and cook until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Add the chopped jalapenos, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese. Mix everything very well, then spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve on top of cooked rice or mashies. YUM! Enjoy!
