Creamy Parmesan Beef and Tortellini

This is super easy and super delicious. Amazing flavors melting in your mouth. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 Tbs butter
-2 lbs beef (chuck, roast, steak, anything works), cut into bite size chunks
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 small onion, finely diced
-3 cloves garlic minced
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 tsp dried basil leaves
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan
-29 oz 5 cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
Directions:
Heat the oil and butter in large skillet (a wok works really well for this). Add the beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beef is browned on all sides. 
Remove beef onto a plate and return skillet to the stove. Add the onion and garlic. Give it a good stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
Return the beef and any accumulated juices back to the skillet. Stir in the cream. Bring to a gentle simmer. 
Add the basil and half of the cheese. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Stir in the cooked and drained tortellini. Give it a really good stir. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed, and add remaining cheese. Serve and enjoy!
