Air Fryer Chicken Meatballs
These little meatballs are sooooo amazing! They are super moist and packed with so much flavor. I served ours Greek style, but you can enjoy them however you'd like: with marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, in a sandwich, just by themselves, etc. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs ground chicken
-3 garlic cloves, grated
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp dry dill
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp dry mint leaves
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
For Greek style salad:
-romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
-English cucumber, sliced
-tomatoes, chopped
-shallots, sliced
-good feta cheese, crumbled right before adding to salad
-good tzatziki sauce
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for meatballs. Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into meatballs.
Coat the trays of your airfryer with cooking spray.
Air fry at 400 F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with the salad or the other suggestions.
