Easy Chicken Sausage with Peppers and Onion

This is a healthy and delicious meal for a super quick dinner on a busy night. We like ours with mashed potatoes or you can enjoy it by itself. Either way, it's delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1 large onion, halved and sliced
-2 bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow), cut into strips
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-12 oz fully cooked chicken apple sausage links, sliced
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and peppers. Season with the salt and pepper. Give it a good stir and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and sliced sausage. Stir well and cook for a couple of minutes. 
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
