Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta
This is super easy and so delicious! You pretty much dump everything in and let the IP do its magic work. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-2 tsp seasoned salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-4 garlic cloves, minced
-4 cups chicken broth
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 lb pasta (we like garden rotini)
-6 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your IP with cooking spray and set on saute. Add the chicken chunks and season with the seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once nice and golden brown, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the IP. Add the broth, cream, and pasta. Give it a nice good stir.
Cover and set the valve in the sealed position. Cook for 6 minutes on HIGH pressure. Do a quick release.
Turn off the IP and stir in the cheese. Scoop onto plates and enjoy!
