Chicken-Ranch Cups
Ingredients:
-1 can (12.5oz) chicken breast, drained
-1/4 cup real bacon bits
-1 cup packed baby spinach, chopped
-4 green onions, cleaned and chopped
-1/3 cup ranch dressing
-1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
-2 cans (16 oz each) flaky layers biscuits (8 per package)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except for the biscuits. Mix really well and set aside.
Coat 16 regular muffin cups (from muffin pans) with butter flavored cooking spray. Set one biscuit in each prepared muffin cup and press it down on the bottom and sides.
Fill each biscuit cup with the chicken filling.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Carefully remove cups from pans and enjoy! YUM!
