Easy Potsticker Soup

This is one of our most favorite soups! It's super easy and quick to put together. It takes about half an hour to make. Using frozen potstickers helps a great deal. The flavors are fantastic and the broth is to die for. So rich and flavorful. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs vegetable oil
-1 Tbs sesame oil
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
-8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
-2 Tbs soy sauce
-1 Tbs rice vinegar
-1 tsp sriracha
-8 oz mushrooms (baby bella, shiitake, etc) roughly chopped
-2 heads Napa cabbage, cleaned and roughly chopped
-18-20 frozen potstickers of your choice (we prefer pork, but any would work)
- sliced green onions, for topping
Directions:
Heat oils in large pot. Once hot, add the garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute, then stir in the broth, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha. Give it a good stir and bring to a boil.
Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cabbage and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Finally, add the frozen potstickers. Give it a good stir and cook for about 7 minutes.
Ladle that goodness into bowl and top with some of the chopped green onions. Enjoy! YUM!
