Simple Broiled Salmon

 I love to make simple, yet super tasty food. Salmon is one of them. Salmon has a wonderful natural taste to begin with, so it doesn't need much seasoning. This super simple recipe is light and packed with flavor. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-olive oil cooking spray
-lemon juice
-garlic salt
-pepper
-dried dill
-2 lbs salmon with skin on bottom, cut into 6 fillets
Directions:
Preheat your oven to HIGH broil.
Coat the bottom of baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Spray each fillet with olive oil cooking spray, then drizzle with a little lemon juice. Sprinkle each piece with 1/8 tsp garlic salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp dried dill.
Broil in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. YUM! Enjoy!
