Chinese Pork and Mushroom Steamed Dumplings

Oh, how tasty these dumplings are! Yes, it's quite a bit of work to put them together, but well worth it. Every bite is absolutely amazing! I used both my Instant Pot and my rice cooker to steam these, so I will include the timing for both of them.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-wonton wrappers (about 60)
-sweet chili sauce or soy sauce, for dipping
For the filling:
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, finely diced
-1.5 lbs ground pork
-3 Tbs oyster sauce
-2 Tbs sesame oil
-1 Tbs sugar
-1 Tbs cornstarch
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp white pepper
Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients together. It mixes the best if you simply use your hands.
Fill each wonton wrapper with about 1 Tbs of the meat filling mixture. Using a little water, wet the sides of each wrapper, then crumple all sides up on top to create a dumpling.
Pour 2 cups of water in your Instant Pot or rice cooker. Lightly spray the trivet or steam basket with cooking spray. Place dumplings in that and carefully lower into your appliance (make sure the dumplings don't touch each other). Working in batches, steam your dumplings: 10 minutes on steam cycle on IP or 5 minutes on steam cycle in rice cooker. If using the IP, do a quick release. Continue steaming until all dumplings are cooked.
Serve warm with dipping sauce. YUM! Enjoy!
