Teriyaki Salmon Bowls

This is super easy and so, so very delicious. It tastes fresh and it's packed with flavor. As a topping I used rice seasoning furikake, which you can find in the Asian section of any grocery store. It adds a nice little extra something to the dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-about 4 oz roasted or canned wild salmon, deboned and flaked
-1 Tbs light mayonnaise
-1 Tbs teriyaki sauce
-2-3 green onions, cleaned and finely sliced
-cherry tomatoes, halved
-pickling cucumbers, sliced
-cooked brown rice with quinoa
-rice seasoning furikake, for topping
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the salmon, mayo, teriyaki, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and rice with quinoa. Give it a good stir then top with the furikake. Enjoy! YUM!
