Apple Butter Bundt Cake

It's apple season! There are so many ways to enjoy delicious apples and products made out of them. This simple cake is made with apple butter, and it's packed with so much deliciousness. So yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
-1 cup sugar
-1 large egg
-10 oz good apple butter
-1/4 tsp ground cloves
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
-3/4 tsp baking soda
-1 (0.32 oz) pack vanilla sugar, optional
-1 Tbs vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 cup golden raisins
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Generously coat a bundt cake pan with baking cooking spray (the one with flour and butter). Set aside.
In your electric mixer's bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg. Once smooth, add the apple butter and all spices. Mix very well, then add the flour, half of cup at a time. Stir in the raisins and walnuts.
Pour that goodness into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. YUM!
