Turkey and Brie Sandwich
So easy and sooo delicious! This is a perfect way of using leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. However, it is also a perfect way of enjoying an insanely delicious turkey sandwich any time of the year by using deli turkey. The flavors are incredible. The fig preserves adds so much to this. So, so good! Enjoy!Ingredients:
-ciabatta rolls, halved
-Irish butter or any other good, rich butter (don't skimp on this)
-fig preserves
-thinly sliced leftover roasted turkey or deli sliced smoked pepper turkey
-Brie cheese, sliced
-spring mix
-Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
-Dijon mustard
Directions:
Toast the ciabatta rolls. On the bottom half, spread some Irish butter. Top with a good spread of fig preserves. Add some turkey slices, then the Brie. Top with some spring mix and a few slices of the apple. Spread some Dijon mustard on the top half of the roll and place it on top of the apple slices. Enjoy one of the best sandwiches ever! YUM!
