Honey Mustard Chicken Casserole

Easy and super delicious! You can enjoy this as is, with a salad on the side, or on top of some rice or mashies. However you prefer it, this dish is a wonderful flavor combo. So delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 tsp salt, divided
-1 tsp pepper, divided
-1 tsp garlic powder, divided
-1/2 cup honey mustard sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's)
-8 oz baby bella mushrooms, chopped
-1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
-1/2 cup real bacon bits
-1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Coat the bottom and sides of 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Add the chicken chunks and sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Top evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
Add the mushrooms and onions on top and season with the remaining salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle evenly with the bacon bits and shredded cheese. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown on top.
