Turkey and Black Bean Chili

This is super easy and so full of flavor. It's definitely one of our family's favorites. And it's really low in calories, if you care about that. Healthy, hearty, and delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1 lb ground turkey (85% lean or more)
-1 onion, diced
-1 green bell pepper, chopped
-2-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 package taco seasoning OR 1/2 package regular taco seasoning AND 1/2 package smoky chipotle taco seasoning (for extra flavor)
-2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
-2 Tbs tomato paste
-2 (15 oz each) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (14.5 oz) can petite can tomatoes, undrained
-2 cups frozen corn
-sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish, optional
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot. Add the turkey and break the clumps as it cooks. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and taco seasoning. Give it a good stir and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the broth, tomato paste, beans, tomatoes, and corn. Give it a good stir and bring to a simmer.
Lower the heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
