Easy Cream Cheese Frosting

We love making this super easy cream cheese frosting which goes with pretty much any kind of cake. It's quick, easy and super delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

-8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 tsp salt

-4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Cream the butter and cheese. Once nice and smooth, add vanilla and salt. Mix well, then slowly add the sugar, 1/2 cup at the time.

Frost your cake/cupcakes and enjoy!
