Pecan-Pretzel-Chocolate Pie

I LOVE pecan pie! But you know what's even better?  Adding pretzels and chocolate chips.  This is easy and so, so delicious!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 (9 inch) deep dish frozen pie crust
-2 large eggs
-1 cup light corn syrup
-3/4 cup packed brown sugar
-1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
-a pinch of salt
-1 Tbs vanilla extract
-2 cups pecan halves
-1 cup mini pretzels
-1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.  Line a cookie sheet with foil. Set the frozen crust on top and let it thaw until ready to fill.
In a bowl, beat the eggs.  Add the syrup, sugar, melted butter, salt, and vanilla.  Mix very well.  Stir in the pecans and pretzels.
Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. 
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. 
Remove from over and cover tightly with foil.  Continue baking for 25-30 more minutes or until the center is set.
Remove from the oven, uncover, and let it cook completely.  Slice and enjoy!
