Garlicky Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasta (any kind, even mixed types)
-4 Tbs salted butter
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-3 Tbs flour
-1 cup chicken OR vegetable broth
-1 cup milk
-2 tsp dried parsley leaves
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in sauce pan. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk in the flour until nice and smooth. Add the broth and milk. Give it a good stir. Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let is simmer until thick.
Whisk in the cheese.
Pour sauce over drained pasta. Enjoy!
