Slow Cooker Hawai'ian Pork

So easy and so, so delicious! The pork is super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You could add some bbq sauce to it, but it's pretty perfect the way it is. So yummy! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 (3-4 lbs pork shoulder roast)
-1.5 Tbs salt
-1/3 cup liquid smoke
-1 cup water
Directions:
Rub the pork generously with the salt and place in the slow cooker. Add the liquid smoke and water. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
Shred the pork and serve. YUM!
