Asian Inspired Chicken

The sauce from this chicken is finger licking good. The flavors are absolutely amazing and the chicken is cooked to perfection. I served ours on top of rice. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and shredded
-6 garlic cloves, shredded
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-2 lbs chicken drumsticks
-1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
-1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
-1/3 cup sesame oil
-3 Tbs sugar
-2 Tbs soy sauce
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet (wok works best). When hot, add the ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds, then add the chicken drums. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. 
Add remaining ingredients and give it a good stir. 
Lower the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken on the other side, cover again and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
Uncover and raise the heat to high. Cook for one more minute.
Serve immediately on top of rice. So good! YUM!
