Easy Rolo Brownies
So easy and so delicious! Enjoy!
-1 (18.2 oz) box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
-1/3 cup water
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
-1 large egg
- rolos, unwrapped (about 30 or more)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Coat the bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with baking cooking spray (the one with flour and butter). Set aside.
Mix together the brownie mix with the water, oil, and egg.
Once well mixed, pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Arranged the rolos evenly on top of that. Top with remaining batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, then cut and enjoy! YUM!
