Creamy Garlic-Cheesy Tortellini
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-6 garlic cloves, minced
-2 cups heavy cream
-1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
-19 oz frozen 3-cheese tortellini (do not thaw!)
-2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
-1/2 tsp salt
-pepper, to garnish
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the cream and broth. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add the frozen tortellini. Give it a good stir and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the cheese. Mix until well combined, with no lumps. Add the salt. Give it one last stir.
Scoop onto plates and garnish with some pepper. YUM! Enjoy!
