Greek Yogurt-Blue Cheese Dip
This is so good! You can have it with tortilla chips or with your favorite veggies (radishes, cucumbers, etc). Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
-1 Tbs lemon juice
-1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 green onion, finely chopped
-1 tsp dried parsley
-2 oz crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Combine everything in a medium bowl. Let it stand for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
