Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

The picture sure doesn't do any justice to this dish. Besides its unappealing look, it is quite delicious!  The flavors are wonderful together and there's an amazing creaminess into this dish.  I served ours on rice (it absorbs the sauce better), but pasta would be just fine, or even some yummy, freshly baked bread.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
-16 oz sour cream
-1 (1.25oz) packet onion soup mix
-1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
-1 (4 oz drained) can mushrooms
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker with cooking spray.  Layer the chicken on top.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.  Serve on top of rice.  Enjoy!
